ACTBMS stands for ACTS “Border Management Systems”. The ACTBMS is a registration system that airport and seaport immigration officers use to register all individuals entering or leaving an island thus supporting the process of guarding the border. ACTBMS not only controls the authenticity of travel documents, but also watch lists and the process of monitoring individuals that are not allowed to enter or leave a specific island. The ACTBMS system is linked to the immigrant information system (ACTFMS) in order to indicate whether an individual must present a residence permit and to control if the permit is valid. The system also provides a day-to-day overview of the flow of passengers at seaports and airports.

ACTFMS is an immigrant information system to facilitate requests for residence and working permits by foreigners that want to immigrate to the island. The procedure consists of the registration process, the evaluation & review process and the execution process.
The application is so flexible that with ACTFMS, Immigration Departments can customize the flow of their registration procedure according to their needs. Based on the configuration in ACTFMS it can automatically perform various controls on the registered information (e.g. the system can check whether the person is blacklisted by countries or other entities). To do this, there is a link with important third parties (e.g. the police department).
During the evaluation & review process, authorized users can monitor the progress of the requests as well as react to the triggers and signals produced by ACTFMS.
Once the permit has been granted or declined, the official documents can be printed and the petitioner notified to pick them up.
The application also features a built-in Document Management System which makes it possible for each department to register and consult the documents per client.
ACTFMS simplifies human operations, and consequently reduces the likelihood and thus the amount of errors. ACTFMS also provides an objective view of all requests received, processed and delivered.

ACTPBB is a fine processing application. It collects information from different judicial organizations (e.g. police, coast guard and tax collectors) through official reports . With ACTPBB, all fines that are registered in the police system (ACTPOL) are transferred to the Public Prosecutor. ACTPBB allows for information that is posted to be neatly monitored and administered. The system makes it easier to keep track of the different categories of fines. Through the system it is easy to monitor which fines have NOT been paid and thus will need to be attended further in court. Court decisions are also registered in the system and consequently can be monitored further. Reminder letters can be generated through the system to be sent to individuals. ACTPBB is linked to the Border Management System (ACTBMS) in order to monitor when individuals who are entering or leaving the island have open fines.

With ACTK18 the guardianship council can manage and monitor child protection, (youth) criminal cases, alimony, custody and guardianship per registered child within the organization. ACTK18 is an information system developed to assist the guardianship council and covers the whole adoption management process from start to finish. It supports the main processes intake, review, execution and completion of cases involving minors in a flexible generic way, thereby guaranteeing an effective and time-saving process. The application has a built-in Document Management System which makes it possible for each department to register and consult documents per dossier. ACTK18 can easily handle the complexity of each case with its built-in tracking capacity feature. The implementation of the application allows the officials at the guardianship department to extract both operational and strategic information. Thus, reporting on an aggregate level becomes a reality. Through ACTK18, a labor-intensive process is supported and the number of human errors is drastically reduced.

The PRIEM application is a parquet crime registration system. PRIEM enables you to document the entire prosecution process. All crime cases can be registered in PRIEM. The system supports all processes that involve criminal law. Police officers register all necessary information in the police system (ACTPOL) beginning right after an arrest. This information can then be imported in PRIEM as needed per individual case. The Public Prosecutor’s office can monitor and administer the entire process with PRIEM from the very moment a police officer starts entering data into the system. PRIEM also makes it possible for the Public Prosecutor to generate day-to-day activity reports which can be very helpful.

ACTPOL is a police-information system; a law enforcement program that integrates all information provided by police officers on duty. This application presents information in a concise and accessible manner. No two days or incidents are the same for police officers. ACTPOL’s flexibility manages to register all possible scenario’s in the application while minimizing unnecessarily repetitive data. Activities related to the day-to-day functioning of police departments, including back-end administrative processes are covered in ACTPOL. The processes have been incorporated in the application to ease their administrative and record-keeping tasks via a document management system, thus creating operational efficiency throughout the police department. The application enables each police station to function independently yet at the same time allows the data to flow to a central server, thereby achieving the benefits of a centralized system. ACTPOL offers a flexible and advanced search option in addition to extensive and advanced analysis capacity.
